This patient had a history of breast augmentation with subglandular implants placed years prior by another surgeon. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, specifically the size being too big and that they now had dropped. She underwent bilateral implant removal and replacement with Allergan 330cc on the right and 360cc on the left moderate profile gel implants under the muscle. She is seen preop and 3 months postop.
