Patient 2

This lovely 67 year old underwent multiple procedures. She had a previous breast augmentation by another surgeon and presented with severe bilateral capsular contracture, breast ptosis and asymmetry. She underwent complete capsulectomy, mastopexy, capsulorraphy and replacement with smaller breast implants. She had 400cc implants removed and replaced the right with silicone Natrelle Inspira SRM 360cc and left with silicone Natrelle Inspira SRM 345cc. This was a difficult case and I am very pleased with her result.  She is shown 14 months post-op.
