This patient is in her 60’s and is an elite athlete who still competes. she had silicone implants placed more than 30 years ago. She presented for discomfort and shape change. she was generally pleased with her size and did not wan to be significantly larger. I performed extensive capsulectomy, removal of ruptured 233 cc textured implants and replaced with smooth round moderate profile 375 cc natrelle inspira silicone implants. She is 6 weeks post-op in these photos.
